Oversee the care plans and ensure residents' needs are met in a timely and compassionate mannerImplement and maintain a person-centered care model to enhance resident wellness and engagementEnsure compliance with legislative requirements and uphold Aged Care Quality StandardsProvide professional leadership to clinical and allied health team members, develop care plans, monitor care quality, and foster effective communication with residents and families ? Key Candidate Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA RegistrationFull Australian working rightsPrevious experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar roleStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements, care governance, and clinical standards in aged careProven ability to lead teams and manage complex care scenarios in an aged care environmentDemonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes ?
