SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Our client, a boutique project management consultancy with a strong presence in the commercial, residential and Industrial sectors, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee projects across NSW. The successful candidate will join a team of highly skilled professionals with a strong reputation in the market and influential relationships with senior stakeholders.

Our client are specifically seeking someone who has worked across class 2 residential developments and may have had exposure working with institutional clients.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely, high-quality completion within budget.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and monitor progress against these.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and take action to mitigate them.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Requirements :

• At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on relevant sectors.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
