• Description

Reporting to the Head of Community, Sustainability and Communications, you'll do this and more over your flexible work week :

• Develop and implement initiatives, programs, products and services which solve environmental and social problems whilst returning value to our people and the organisation

Manage the Bank's B Corp certification and other key partnerships relevant to sustainability and impact

Manage the collation, accuracy, analysis and maintenance of the Bank's environmental emissions data

Represent the Bank within the B Corp community and other industry bodies through networking and other events

Provide thought leadership on sustainability topics relevant to the Bank and our industry

Identify improvement opportunities relating to report design, standards and inclusions

Work with key stakeholders and third parties to manage modern slavery risk management and supplier engagement

• Skills and Experiences
• You will need

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties

A relevant degree or equivalent experience

A minimum of 5 years' experience working in the field of sustainability or related discipline

Proven experience in building positive relationships

Experience in managing the interests of internal and external parties

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

A commitment to the principle of mutuality and sustainability

A strong understanding of the sustainability environment, policies and activities will be highly regarded
