Strata Cleaner

Cleaning of Blocks of Strata Units, blowing outside areas, cleaning common areas inside, vacuuming and dusting, cleaning front doors. Wiping mailboxes and removing Junk mail. Placing Garbage and Recycle Bins out for collection and Returning and washing bins after collection. Keeping blocks clean and tidy at all times. Must be available to work other days when required. Starting time 6.00am.

Must speak fluent English work, and with others in a professional manner.
