We’re seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our daily operations.Key Responsibilities : Provide administrative support to the management team and production staff.Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.Manage communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.Manage and maintain records, files, and documentation.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documentation.Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Assist with data entry and database management.Maintain accurate records of inventory, production schedules, and employee attendance.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through proper documentation.Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of manufacturing processes or systems is an advantage.What We Offer : Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities and support for professional growth and development.A friendly, inclusive work environment and collaborative team culture.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.Alepat Taylor is an equal opportunity employer.
