Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Hobart. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the energy sector, a strong background in high-level financial management, and exceptional proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports for projects, and track project costs and expenditures to ensure operations stay within budget.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure company growth and sustainability.
• Provide specialized financial and business enhancement services, particularly in the energy sector, to help clients achieve their business goals.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and clients.
• Assist clients in tax planning and compliance to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
• Liaise with ATO and other regulatory bodies when required.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of junior accountants.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members.
