About the Role
You will be responsible for the management of quality and safe delivery of exceptional care, support and lifestyle services to residents in an Award-winning retirement living community based in Newstead with a reputation for excellence. You will be organising and delivering support services within the community, ensuring residents maintain their independence, dignity, privacy, choice and quality of life, ensuring all care provided is underpinned by Consumer Directed Care principles and meet the Aged Care Quality Standards.
About you
As a Registered Nurse with at least three years post graduate experience, you will have strong clinical knowledge and highly developed clinical skills, with an excellent understanding of Home Care packages and Community Aged Care and an ability to lead, mentor and support a team of care and support staff. Ideally, you will have prior experience in community management or business management, and a sound knowledge of the Community Aged Care sector. You will need to have current AHPRA registration (Div 1 RN) and a current Police Check.
