Territory Manager – Maryborough to Childers
Ready to drive growth? We're on the hunt for a confident, self-starting Territory Manager who knows the Hervey Bay region like the back of their hand. If you\'re a natural at building rapport, spotting opportunities, and closing the deal, this is your chance to make a real impact in a growing industry, with Australia's leading waste management company.
About The Role
Covering the territory from Maryborough through to Childers, this is a client-facing, on-the-road role where you'll be the face of Cleanaway, meeting with customers, creating tailored solutions, and helping drive sustainable waste outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities through outreach and face-to-face engagement
Building strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Developing strategic sales plans and delivering tailored waste solutions
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and responsive customer experience
Keeping your pipeline healthy and up-to-date in Salesforce
Providing accurate forecasts and reporting to help steer business growth

Someone who loves the thrill of hunting down new business, thrives on meeting new people, and enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative team. You\'ll be backed by a strong network but have the independence to make your mark across your territory.

A self-starter who doesn\u2019t wait to be told what to do
Confident, engaging, and quick to build trust and rapport
Commercially savvy and motivated to grow our presence in the market
Experienced in B2B sales, business development or account management
A strong communicator with a natural flair for negotiation
Organised, results-driven, and comfortable working independently and loves collaborating with the team
Holding a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
Industry experience is a bonus, but not essential, we're open to fresh perspectives
