Join the Victorian Convention and Event Trust (VCET) as our People & Culture Service Delivery Lead and deliver P&C operations across the 2 venues – Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) and Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre.

About the role

As the P&C Service Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery of employee lifecycle processes, data integrity, reporting, and operational support across our organisation.

You will :

• Lead and manage core P&C operational services including recruitment admin, onboarding, compliance, and data management.
• Provide expert support in employee relations and investigations.
• Oversee talent acquisition coordination and documentation governance.
• Drive reporting and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Champion process optimisation and documentation updates.
• Lead a small team, providing coaching, support, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, policy standards, and legislative updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
