About The Role

We are seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Toowoomba team on a full time basis. This is a 12 month fixed‑term role and will be on a rotating roster with shifts varying hours throughout the week, 7am to 9pm , Monday to Friday , and occasional weekend work required. This position has become available due to business expansion. The team in Toowoomba are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
• Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
• Professional personal presentation
