We are looking for passionate, empathetic Support Workers with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) team. There are morning, day, evening, and night shifts available - it will depend of what you are looking for, your availability, and the flexibility you need - apply now.

About the role

Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. Your day-to-day may include :

Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines

Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making

Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans)

Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism

What You’ll Bring

A passion for empowering people with disability

A can-do attitude and growth mindset — you’re open to learning and ready to make a difference

NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 or above)

Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers

Availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week (15–20+ hours)

The ability to travel to our multiple locations across the Central Coast region (Wyong, Long Jetty, and Umina)
