What We’re Looking For

You’re more than a manager—you’re a motivator, coach, and retail expert who knows how to lead with purpose.

Retail Leadership : 2–4 years in a management role, ideally in footwear or apparel.

Sales & Strategy : Proven ability to hit sales targets while managing payroll and store performance.

Team Development : You can identify potential, build capability, and retain top talent.

Strong Communicator : You inspire, support, and connect with your team and customers.

Detail-Oriented : Organised, process-driven, and confident managing day-to-day operations.

Tech Capable : Proficient in MS Office and other essential retail tools.
