Practice Area

Our teams provide seamless multidisciplinary solutions across industries, leveraging expertise from BCG and Platinion.

What You'll Do

As a Digital & Technology Consultant, you'll take end-to-end responsibility for complex modules within projects and develop specialized knowledge to solve client problems. You'll work on various digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic digital and technology challenges. Collaborating with clients, you'll create change strategies, secure buy-in, and work with BCG teams to turn potential into performance. You'll address questions like 'How will AI disrupt my business?', 'How can data and analytics enable personalized omnichannel outreach?', and 'How can digital services be shipped faster using agile methods?'.

What You'll Bring

• At least 4 years' experience in a leading consulting firm, or in a corporate or startup environment focused on digital / technology strategy.
• Outstanding academic record; bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to frame strategic challenges from a digital / technology perspective in a hypothesis-led environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Flexibility to travel within ANZ and Asia Pacific regions.
