What’s on offer?

We wish to complement our existing team with a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects across the Gold Coast. Based on our Gold Coast project site, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development / coaching offered throughout.

In this role you'll be responsible for :

Providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Program Leadership and Delivery Teams

Manage the procurement and stock control of office and site consumables (Uniforms, stationary, kitchen supplies, general items)

Maintain registers for asset tracking : IT, Stationery and Uniforms and project consumables

Support with project documentation and reporting

Organise meetings, recording meeting minutes and managing action items

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery

Assist with onboarding support, including IT equipment, access cards, uniforms, and user set ups.

How you'll connect to the role :

Previous experience in a similar role or program / project-based environment, preferably within Construction / Water industry

Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Being proactive in supporting your colleagues

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast past environment and manage competing priorities
