Business Development Executive

Job descriptionSupport sales growth – contribute to achieving annual revenue targets and building a healthy pipeline of major new opportunities. Build relationships – manage accurate CRM (HubSpot) data, assist with client engagement, and support external stakeholder connections. Enable strategy – contribute to strategic planning, market research, and insights to inform business growth. Boost capability – help develop high-quality sales materials, proposals, and tools that lift our sales and marketing effectiveness. Collaborate widely – work closely across Operations, Marketing, and BD teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. Track performance – maintain accurate reporting on funnel and pipeline activity to monitor progress and performance. A proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset. 3+ years in business development support, with proven experience in a high-performance team. Hands-on CRM skills (HubSpot preferred). Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinking with developing sales acumen. Proficiency in MS 365 (Teams, SharePoint).
