Croft & Fisher are partnering with a highly respected Tier 1-equivalent construction and infrastructure business operating across North Queensland. We’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor who takes pride in quality delivery, team leadership, and long-term project success.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for supervising major building and civil projects across Townsville and North Queensland — from commercial developments to community infrastructure and regional upgrades. This isn’t a short-term contract — it’s a career position within a company investing heavily in the region’s long-term pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site activities ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and site logistics
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
• Enforce WHS compliance and site safety standards
• Oversee QA documentation, site reports, and progress tracking
• Mentor apprentices and foster a strong team culture
