Job Description
As an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Engineer you will bring our technology to life each day, establishing best practices in technical scoping, product activation and ongoing support. You will act as a key technical expert in the sales process and execution of varied media monetization strategies, communicating frequently with prospects, customers and partners to find novel solutions to complex problems. Your work will help standardise proven solutions globally, improving team performance and acting as a trusted partner internally and externally.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as key technical expert during pre‑sales, providing strategic guidance.
- Ensure technical execution of client initiatives and design, implement, document solutions for new prospects.
- Translate business requirements directly from customers and prospects.
- Understand media monetization strategies to deliver effective solutions for identified needs or pain points.
- Provide timely technical support, problem resolution, and expand product use cases.
- Act as primary liaison between Account, Product and Engineering teams for ongoing technical support.
- Provide training to internal teams, clients and partners.
- Support multiple regional clients proactively, collaborating closely with regional account and revenue stakeholders.
Requirements
8+ years in Adtech, MarTech or similar industry.Deep expertise in solutioning, client engagement and platform strategy.Experience with end‑to‑end programmatic ad serving workflows, sell‑side platforms and latest protocols.Strong client‑facing technical role, independent work with local and globally distributed teams.Excellent communication skills, able to ideate, explain and deliver value to audiences from developers to executives.Ability to independently set work priorities and manage time.Nice To Have
Proficient in web / mobile technologies, HTTP, Application Layer protocols.Knowledge of IAB Video Suite, OpenRTB, streaming protocols (HLS, DASH) and data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery).Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows and MCP tools.Working knowledge of scripting and database languages (PHP, Python, JavaScript, SQL).Employee Expectations
