Lead Data Scientist - Establish the foundation for the modern data platform. A senior who is capable of both hands-on delivery and strategic planning. Experience across data architecture, modelling, governance and orchestration is critical.

Responsibilities

• Define data governance and modelling standards
• Introduce essential tooling for data pipeline management, testing and deployment
• Create and maintain a data domain catalogue with clear lifecycles
• Lead the design of initial high-value domains such as transactions, fees, and routing events
• Ownership of the ML / AI strategy
• Team leadership, including building out the foundational function
