About the Role

As a People & Culture (P&C) Advisor, you’ll provide day‑to‑day HR support to our leaders and employees, helping to ensure HR processes run smoothly and effectively. This part‑time (3 days a week) fixed‑term 6‑month contract role includes recruitment, onboarding, HR processes and general advisory support.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR processes, and general advisory support.
• Partner with designated business units to provide practical guidance on HR policies and procedures, support employee queries, and contribute to P&C initiatives and projects.
• Build strong working relationships across the business and support the team to maintain efficient and organised HR processes.
• Uphold LifeFlight’s Code of Conduct and organisational values while providing reliable and approachable HR support.
