Carrum Downs, Victoria As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will undergo an industry leading graduate program, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community! With a gradual ramp up period, we will help you transition from your studies, and apply those skills in a real world setting. With access to weekly supervision, market leading PD and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team around you, Concentric will provide the foundations to build a long and successful career!
About Your New Role
- A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development.
- Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.
- A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way!
- Flexi- time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance.
- Quarterly alignment days- a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues.

Completed Bachelor AND / OR Masters degree in Speech PathologyFull SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation)Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a carUnrestricted Australian work rightsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ready to reach your potential?
