We’re looking for a passionate and driven Site Manager to lead our Learning and Lifestyle Centre and Community Access Services in Norman Gardens, Rockhampton. This is a full-time, permanent role where you’ll shape meaningful experiences and empower individuals to thrive.

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day site operations and personalised planning for participants
Leading and mentoring Support Workers to deliver exceptional care
Designing engaging activity programs aligned with individual goals
Ensuring staff are trained and informed on client needs
Developing and reviewing person-centred agreements and service offerings

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

A degree in human services or a related field

Proven leadership in disability or community services

Experience supporting people with complex needs

Strong knowledge of NDIS, National Standards for Disability Services, and safeguarding frameworks

Excellent communication and team-building skills

Required checks : Blue Card, Yellow Card, National Criminal History Check, and a valid driver’s licence with comprehensive insurance
