The Role - Your Front-Row Seat to Scaling a Business

As Manager Operations Improvement and Analysis, you'll be the closest thought partner to our General Manager of Victoria, working across sales, pricing, operations, cost management, and digital strategy. You'll be at the center of the action — from high-level strategic brainstorming to real-time execution on the ground. We don't believe in months of deliberation.
