Job descriptionSupported Living Facilitator | Disability Services, NDIS Location : Ipswich As a Supported Living Facilitator, you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about. Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent support to clients and co-workers Being flexible (able to work varied hours and days) and reliable to meet the needs of the people we support Able to effectively communicate in spoken and written English Experience supporting participants with complex behavioral needs A current NDIS Worker Screening check and Blue Card – don’t worry if you don’t have one, as we can help you apply prior to employment Open Drivers License; and Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (required before you start) Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and therefore may result in the role closing early if the right applicant is found.
