Technical Lead - Salesforce at Cognizant

Position Summary

The Lead Salesforce role will be responsible for building and mentoring a multi-skilled Salesforce team as well as designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for our customers that follow best practices in both IT and Salesforce projects.

Mandatory Skills

• Completion of several Salesforce integration and extension projects in development and technical lead roles.
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Hands‑on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementation projects including building custom applications using Apex Trigger, Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Components, LWC, Apex Jobs, Integrations, Lightning Flow, and standard configurations.
• Hands‑on experience in CI / CD tools such as GIT, GITLAB, and AutoRABIT.
• Client‑focused attitude.
• 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and system development.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems and CRM.
