About the role...

• Driving outcomes and results – through the right skills and behaviours, self-reflection across teams, and breaking it down to bite-size pieces as needed
• Ability to review your sales and stock sell-through report, analyse what has impacted your store results, and work with the Regional Manager on future actions
• Understanding and coaching others to decipher reports into actions – how to hit that % or target through action
• Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their results
• Mentor and coach team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps; through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment to give things a go themselves
• Manage the team’s workload, workflow, time management, and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal-setting
• Lead and inspire the team to dig deep, love what they do, and be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy
• Prioritise team member's well-being and mental health – ensuring they are healthy, taking time to recharge, and open to chat about how they are feeling
