About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a key business project. In this hands‑on role, you will coordinate project activities, manage critical processes like invoicing and performance tracking, and help ensure the project delivers exceptional customer experience, quality outputs, and financial outcomes. This role is a salaried, full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing to continuous improvement and ensuring the project meets its key performance indicators (KPIs). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, purpose‑driven environment where your work makes a tangible impact.
