We’re looking for experienced Data Quality Specialistto join our team at our office in Archerfield, Brisbane to play a critical role in uplifting and maintaining the integrity of Hastings Deering’s data, ensuring it is trusted, well-governed, and delivers business value.

This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

What you’ll be doing :

As a Data Quality Specialist at Hastings Deering, you will :

• Assess and improve data quality through profiling, validation, and cleansing activities
• Analyse complex datasets to identify issues, optimise processes, and ensure data integrity
• Develop and maintain metadata, master data, and documentation aligned with governance standards
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve data issues and enhance collection, transformation, and storage processes
• Drive adoption of data quality practices and tools across the business
• Continuously enhance data quality frameworks, tools, and system performance
