Job descriptionA Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‑assessed equivalent OR a diploma in children’s services. Proven experience in a Preschool Room Leader role within an Australian early childhood setting. A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement. A fun, respectful, and collaborative work environment. - Lead with Love : Be the heart and soul of the preschool room, creating a safe, fun, and stimulating space for children to thrive.
- Play and Learn : Develop and deliver an exciting, play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and joy in every child.
- Build Bonds : Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
- Inspire and Grow : Mentor and support your team of educators, encouraging their professional growth and development.
- Stay Sharp : Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies.
- Focus on School Readiness : Prepare children for their next big adventure – school! Implement activities and programs that promote literacy, numeracy, social skills, and emotional resilience.
