The Role

Seeking a Bistro Supervisor, who is eager for career progression. You will immediately train and develop within your role. You will oversee lunch and dinner services as well as work closely with the Owners and Venue Manager. This role allows you to have input in all areas of the venue including Functions, Bar and Restaurant.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in Hospitality Management
• A flair and passion for delivering outstanding food and beverage service
• A strong appreciation for quality in all elements of your work
• Ability to train work effectively in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication, delegation and time-management
