Team Leader Electrical Engineer

Our client is seeking a senior electrical engineer to step into a leadership position within a respected, growing building services consultancy. The successful candidate will lead a close‑knit team of specialists and oversee the delivery of a broad range of projects including commercial, residential, and aged care, etc.

Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Australian recognised)
• Minimum 5 years’ local experience, including 2+ in a senior / leadership role
• Experience in the Building Services sector across varied projects
• CPEng or working towards (required for design sign‑off)
• Confident dealing with clients and leading project delivery
• Skilled in team mentoring, coaching, and workload management
• Strong communication and budget management skills
