Committed to continuous improvement in digital support, ReachOut has developed and is testing the next phase of growth – bringing an online tech‑enabled product to the commercial market to support young people in Australia where they already are – in workplaces, education institutions and by engaging with the brands they love.
Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and the Product Development Team, there is an opportunity to present this mental health product to all commercial and corporate sectors to secure ongoing support and revenue.
This role is an incredible opportunity to identify and develop a Go‑To‑Market strategy to drive lead generation and scalable revenue by developing a proactive sales strategy to grow income and social impact across multiple audiences.
The role
The Head of Commercial and Strategic Partnerships is a project‑led contract, responsible for the innovation of commercial strategy and delivery of partnerships. This is a new role, with a large‑scale growth agenda. You will have full access to the Board and the ELT, showing strong initiative and strategic development to secure commercial and corporate licensing for mental health programs and products nationally.
It is an opportunity to drive business and sales growth from the ground up, using your expertise in scalable product and pricing development, strategic market development and your ability to open doors, speak at all levels and promote considerable products to enhance and support staff in a range of corporate organisations.
You will be a data‑driven senior leader, project‑oriented, committed to working across multi‑faceted teams to deliver valued results.

Skills and experience
To be successful in the role of Head of Commercial and Strategic Partnerships, you will have significant experience developing and delivering Go‑To‑Market sales strategies and sustainable growth for technological products. Ideally coming from a senior sales and business development background, you will be a confident presenter to corporate environments, have worked on new product development and be comfortable pricing and scaling licensing products.
