We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Retail Sales Assistant to join our team and support customers undergoing sleep disorders. Part-Time role - required to work on Saturdays from 9am-4pm. This store-based role combines customer service with clinical support, offering a rewarding opportunity to work closely with customers, physicians, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, both in-store and over the phone.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for sleep-disordered breathing.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate customers and families on sleep disorders and therapy options.
• Fit and recommend CPAP masks and equipment tailored to individual needs.
• Provide setup, training, and ongoing support for CPAP therapy.
• Follow up with customers to ensure therapy compliance and satisfaction.
• Promote and upsell products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic and retail space.
• Handle payments, manage banking procedures, and oversee stock levels.
