About this role

In this role, you will be responsible for analysing business and technical requirements, evaluating and supporting ICT systems across a range of customer environments, with a strong focus on communication platforms and end-user support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate ICT system requirements by investigating hardware, operating systems, and application issues (onsite and remotely).
• Assess business needs for collaboration and productivity platforms for Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Jumpcloud etc. and provide administration support.
• Identify, Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to network connectivity, VPN access, and video conferencing systems.
• Analyse and Process staff timely onboarding and offboardings w.r.t. access, peripherals, device ordering and liaising.
• Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of VC room equipment (including Google meets and third-party devices).
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring timely resolution of daily technical issues within SLA targets.
• Develop and maintainDocumentation of system procedures, incidents, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to assess and escalate complex issues as required.

About you

Relevant Bachelor degree in Information Technology or work experience in lieu of relevant qualifications.

Salary range for this role is between $75-90k + super.
