Synonymous with design excellence and craftsmanship, the role of Operations and Logistics Coordinator is an integral part of the Australian business. Based in the stunning Inner-City showroom, you will work closely with the team and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless operations process from start to finish as well as assist with projects and design where possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all logistical operations and procurement from purchase to payment including all relevant coordination and administration
- Coordinate international shipping containers including liaison with international suppliers, domestic warehouse teams and global logistics partner
- Work closely with the Project Manager / Installer including coordination of site measurements
- Assist designers with product specifications and general advice in the showroom as necessary
- Ongoing review of prices for products, services and proposals, keeping abreast of currency fluctuations
Skills and Experience
Relevant industry experience with a high-end furniture / interiors designer in a similar capacity; previous exposure to bathroom / kitchen design highly regardedProficient Vectorworks skills or experience using an alternative CAD programme desirableProactive attitude with unwavering attention to detailProcess driven with ability to prioritise and manage workload accordinglyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage key stakeholder relationshipsBenefits and Culture
