Our client is an independent media agency partnering with some of Australia’s leading property brands. We’re looking for a Digital Performance Director who is a confident strategist and leader that thrives on data, digital innovation, and driving measurable results for clients.

About the Role
As the Digital Performance Director, you’ll lead the Digital Performance team across campaign strategy, analytics, system efficiencies, CRM, and reporting platforms. You’ll bring clarity and direction to a talented group of Performance Managers, Analysts, and offshore specialists — ensuring they deliver exceptional results and client experiences every time.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital & Technologies, guiding clients through digital transformation and performance optimisation while keeping the agency ahead of the curve on emerging platforms and opportunities.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves strategy but isn’t afraid to get into the details.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Performance Managers, Analysts, and offshore specialistsDrive data‑led campaign strategy and execution across search, social, programmatic, and CRMCollaborate with top‑tier clients to analyse performance, optimise budgets, and deliver measurable ROIPresent insights and performance reports with clarity and confidence—turning numbers into narrativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with major digital partners—Google, Meta, REA, Domain, etc.Constantly seek new opportunities, technologies, and metrics that drive performanceChampion process improvement, reporting innovation, and best practice across the agencyContribute to new business opportunities and strategic pitchesWhat You’ll Bring
6+ years’ experience in digital media strategy, performance, or analyticsDeep understanding of the Australian media and digital landscapeProven experience leading teams and delivering successful digital campaignsStrong analytical mindset—confident with data, attribution, and performance metricsExcellent communication and client‑facing presentation skillsCommercial acumen with an ability to manage budgets, profitability, and timelinesProperty industry experience (residential or commercial) is a plus, but not essentialWho You Are
