As an iconic South Australian disability services provider, Minda has a 300+ strong volunteer workforce. We require a full time Community Engagement Coordinator – Volunteering and Fundraising, to lead the coordination and delivery of volunteering and fundraising initiatives, as well as the allocation of volunteer resources to meet objectives.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, compliance and placement of Volunteers.
• Deliver fundraising initiatives in collaboration with business and community groups.
• Contribute to fundraising income goals through community engagement.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and service clubs to support fundraising and volunteering events.
• Maintain volunteer records in line with compliance standards, and report on volunteer metrics and fundraising outcomes.
• Implement improvements to volunteer systems, processes, and experiences.
