About The Venues

Tilda is an “Australian Grill”, a luxe 110-seater (including a 12-person private dining room). It serves fresh and dry-aged fish and shellfish, with seasonal sauces and local produce. The wine list highlights local producers, regions and grapes, with a selection of classic and contemporary labels. The cocktail program features a tight selection of classics infused with local botanicals. Delta Rue is a Vietnamese-French restaurant on level 5, offering a piece of Hanoi’s Old Quarter in the 1920s with a wide-ranging wine list to complement bold flavors.

Job Title

Assistant Restaurant Leader , reporting to the Restaurant Leader and Senior Assistant Restaurant Leader, responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive team culture. You will lead by example, support smooth daily operations, and help create guest experiences aligned with House Made Hospitality and Sofitel values.

Responsibilities

• Support service excellence through team training, guest engagement, and maintaining product standards.
• Lead by example in food, beverage, and venue knowledge; create a welcoming and humble environment.
• Monitor venue presentation including lighting, music, cleanliness, and team appearance.
• Assist with onboarding, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Represent the venue and brand proudly both on and off duty, engaging in industry events and outreach.
