About The Role
As a Department Manager you will demonstrate a high level of energy and a real passion for leading a diverse team in a fast‑paced retail environment. Your work will provide meaningful contribution to the day‑to‑day coaching of teams to drive business performance outcomes and create memorable experiences for our customers.
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate will have previous retail leadership experience, leading a department or similar, an individual with a strong passion for customer service and merchandising standards. This role is results‑focused, therefore the ability to achieve results by working closely with your team is a must and you are approachable and confident when interacting with team and customers.
