ABOUT THE ROLE

As Store Manager , you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a beautiful Joondalup boutique, leading from the front to deliver an elevated customer experience every day.

Your key responsibilities will include :

Leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to achieve sales and service excellence

Driving store performance across budgets, KPIs, and wage control

Managing visual merchandising, stock levels, and in-store presentation

Overseeing effective rostering, daily operations, and store processes

Building a strong team culture aligned with the brand's values and purpose

Identifying development opportunities, creating succession plans, and developing internal talent

Ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, and best practices

Enjoy a set Tuesday to Saturday roster - giving you the balance and consistency you deserve.

ABOUT YOU

You're a passionate and commercially minded retail leader who performs well in a busy store, and people-focused environment. You understand the importance of brand storytelling, product knowledge, and team engagement in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll bring :

Proven retail management experience within a premium or lifestyle environment

A genuine love for creating memorable moments for customers

Strong communication and time management skills

Confidence in driving sales, managing labour costs, and achieving targets
