Casual Early Childhood Educator
Location : Thomas Carlyle Children’s Centre (East Lindfield)
Compensation : $33.24–$38.55 per hour + 25% casual loading + super
About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our centre, stepping in where needed across rooms and age groups. You will work within a passionate team that values collaboration, respect, and a child‑led approach to learning.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years
- Work collaboratively with permanent staff to create a positive, engaging environment
- Follow and contribute to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
