About This Opportunity
The Senior Manager, CRM, Records and Compliance Applications leads the support and enhancement delivery of key enterprise systems — Oracle Service CRM, Governance, Risk and Compliance, and TRIM Records Management — to enable the University’s strategic objectives. You will oversee a small team within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, ensuring these systems deliver sustainable and innovative solutions across the University.
