THE OPPORTUNITY

Continued business growth has created an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Roll Form Operator to join the operations team based at Gepps Cross to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

This is for both full-time opportunities working Day Shift (6am - 2 : 06pm) as well as Night Shift (3 : 30pm - 11 : 36pm) with overtime optional.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manufacturing and assembling of building material to the customers’ requirements
• Operating various fixed plant machinery including overhead cranes
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with team members, other departments and projects
• Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Problem solving and inquisitive mindset to learn Stratco products
• Strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
• Basic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts & people
• Experience with sheet metal manufacturing equipment (folders, press & breaks) will be highly regarded
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Sound awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts & people
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
• Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart!
