We are looking for a full-time Sales and Account Executive (Junior to Mid Level) to join us in Milton.

This is an in-office, outbound sales role . You will drive pipeline, run your own deals, and sell across both our services and technology . There is no handballing — just real ownership, backed by a capable delivery team.

You will :

• Run high-impact discovery calls and pitch tailored solutions
• Sell both our recruitment services and software
• Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to renewal
• Collaborate with our incredible specialist teams help you close deals and retain business
• With AI support , a clear playbook, and strong mentorship, you will have everything you need to win — but the drive must come from you.
