Job descriptionConfirm monthly baseline with SAP Solutions teams. Finalise and track the "Say to Do Ratio" with SAP Solutions. Submit SLA reports by the first week of each month. Coordinate annual submission of ASAT and CSAT reports. Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Manage offshore resource capacity (fortnightly). Organise resumes and interviews for replacements and new hires (ad hoc). Coordinate quotes, interviews, and change requests for additional resources. Plan and manage resource rotations (six-monthly). Oversee security clearance processes for team members. Lead quarterly performance management activities. Become trusted advisor to the customer for all things related to SAP. Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in SAP environments, preferably with S / 4HANA. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Must be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum of Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance. Experience managing vendor relationships and offshore teams.

Required Skills and Experience :
We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate SAP managed services. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight across financials, release management, reporting, and resourcing. The successful candidate will have a background in SAP S / 4HANA and be capable of managing complex delivery streams in a secure environment.
