With a cross-country approach, you’ll gain exposure to a rich variety of work, expanding your expertise and influence far beyond the city limits

What you'll do

• Lead and deliver civil engineering projects from concept to construction
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and trusted expertise
• Guide junior engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Take ownership of design management, superintendency, and site surveillance
• Work across disciplines with internal stakeholders and national teams
• Contribute to projects that shape cities and communities across Australia
