Who are we?
Northcott is an Early Childhood partner contracted to deliver the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities in Northern NSW, Mid North Coast, Hunter New England, Northern Sydney, and Western Sydney. The EC approach supports children aged 0-9 with developmental concerns, delays, and / or disabilities.
What does this role look like daily?
This role focuses on supporting First Nations children aged 0–9 with disabilities or developmental delays — empowering their independence, community inclusion, and overall quality of life.
