ABOUT THE ROLES
Panel Beater
Reporting to the Workshop Forman, you will work alongside an established team of Panel Beaters, Spray Painters, Assemblers and Estimators. This role will focus on all Panel Beater repair techniques, including Aluminium, Composites, Bonding and Riveting.Quality Controller
Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager you will be inspecting and testing all vehicles post Service and Repair. This role does not require much customer interaction, this allows you to really focus on the task at hand and delivering top‑notch repair outcomes.Body Shop Estimators
Also reporting into the Bodyshop Manager, you will be required to complete accurate and comprehensive quotes in a timely manner, attain approvals, then liaise with the insurance company and customer to coordinate repairs.ABOUT YOU
Panel Beater
Experience with aluminium and composites advantageousThe ability to work and foster relationships in a small teamThe ability to work independentlyMeticulous attention to detailGood time managementBe an effective communicator and team playerQuality Controller
Ideally qualified in automotive trade or autobody trade certificates.Self‑motivated, have a keen eye for detail, follow set processes, be confident to make decisions.Excellent knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.Have excellent time management skills.Body Shop Estimators
Experienced Automotive Repair Estimator is a MUST. Ideally with a spray painting or panel beater qualification.Experience dealing with major insurance companies, handling repair costs including estimates and invoicing and managed sourcing of parts.Can work in harmony with the production department to ensure repairs are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.The ability to work and foster relationships in a teamMeticulous attention to detailGood time managementBe an effective communicator and team playerHOW TO APPLY
