Job Description
As a Software Architect, you will leverage technical leadership and people skills to design and implement software solutions across internal applications, development platforms, third‑party integrations, and product features. You will partner with Engineering Managers, Team Leads, and Software Architects to shape architectural roadmaps, influence technical decisions, and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
Responsibilities
- Bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders using effective communication.
- Influence development teams by inspiring, guiding, and empowering rather than directing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to overall technical strategy.
- Document architecture diagrams, design patterns, and standards for team adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, CI / CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they become problems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies that could benefit the organization.
Qualifications
