The Role

As a Lead Systems Engineer, you’ll be a key player in our Prospect office, providing advanced technical support to our internal teams and clients. You’ll tackle escalated incidents, contribute to project delivery, and deploy robust solutions that keep our clients secure, compliant, and ahead of the curve.

This role offers exposure to enterprise-grade security tools, cloud infrastructure, and diverse industries - making it ideal for someone who’s ready to take their skills to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy cloud, network, and server solutions
• Ensure client environments meet security and compliance standards
• Deliver remote and onsite incident resolution
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team development
