We’re seeking a Design Manager to help bring this vision to life. You’ll lead design strategy across a growing national portfolio, creating spaces that are thoughtful, functional, and future‑ready.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced and registered Architect with a strong and stable track record, particularly in residential or retirement living apartments . We’re looking for someone who brings both creative thinking and disciplined project delivery, and who is ready to shape the next generation of communities.

About the Role

As Design Manager, you’ll lead design direction across multiple residential and mixed‑use projects, from early feasibility through to delivery. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you’ll ensure each project meets resident needs, aligns with commercial goals, and reflects Levande’s high standards of design.

This role offers scope to influence strategy, evolve design frameworks, and play a pivotal role in Levande’s future developments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the design of new and existing development projects
• Contribute to the evolution of Levande’s design strategy, standards, and Playbook
• Oversee consultant selection and ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery
• Conduct feasibility test fits and design reviews for new site acquisitions
• Champion innovation, customer‑centric design, and sustainability
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, Acquisitions, and Marketing teams

What You’ll Bring

Experience in client‑side roles , retirement living , or masterplanned communities will be highly regarded.
